Initially the title for this album was partly a joke. Music For Pleasure was a 70s budget label, (incidentally the first LP i owned was a T.Rex compilation released on MFP), and the vastly underrated second album by The Damned. it was also an underrated late 70s band from Leeds whose album Into The Rain i once owned on cassette (now long gone).
Anyhow, when the Rocket Racer label from San Diego asked me to do an album, i sent a couple of cd-r jokingly titled Music For Pleasure, and it stuck.
The CD came in a yellow clam shell case (quite curing edge at the time) containing a small fuzzy 'pearl' Artwork was by Raum Design.
